Mommy's Pumpkin Bread

- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 (16 ounce) cans unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
- 2⁄3 cup water
directions
- Preheat oven- 350°.
- Butter and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans.
- Stir together sugar and oil.
- Stir in eggs and pumpkin.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowle.
- Blend dry and water into wet mixture
- (1/3 dry then ½ water the another 1/3 dry, so on).
- Separate between two loaf pans
- Bake 30-40 min or till cake tester comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 minute.
- Remove from pans and cool.

I'm a freshmen in college that has been cooking and baking, with my mommy since I was very young.
It started when I was going to day care. My Dad would come a pick me up only to come home to an already cooked meal. I would always ask 'Where did it come from?' my mother would just say 'The oven'.
Then when christmas came around she would start to bake day in and day out. helping me learn to read by making me get the ingredeints. then she taught me how to read the recipes. Eventually she would give me a recipe and say 'Go make this'.

Along with cooking: I love to dance and sing, to be with friends and family. Yes, i perfer a good football game over a romantic dinner (unless he buys :) ). I love beaches and sunsets, they are so relaxing to me! The smell of FMX rink is great to me, along with the car shops and rance tracks. being on stage in a group is one of the best rushes for me.
