Mocca Protein Shake

"Creamy coffee goodness :-) Feel free to substitute milk with soy milk and ricotta with silken tofu. The whey protein I use is microfiltrated neutral whey protein, which doesn't contain lactose and makes shakes wonderfully fluffy. But of course you can use every kind of protein powder you like. As a sweetener I use brown rice syrup but will suggest honey. Use whatever sweetener you like best in what amount you desire."

  1. I used almond milk in place of skim milk and I used honey as my sweetener. I used chocolate flavored whey protein powder for my protein source.
