- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee, or
- 2 teaspoons espresso granules
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

I used almond milk in place of skim milk and I used honey as my sweetener. I used chocolate flavored whey protein powder for my protein source. I always have a cup of coffee before bed, but tonight I had this instead! Thanks for posting this. I made this for Only The Lonely Tag Game on the Food Friend and Fun Forums.
