  2. I too got this recipe from the back of the Dark Chocolate & Mint Nestle Morsel package. Boy was I disappointed in how much the cookie spread. They ended up being a very flat cookie. After the first batch I put the cookie dough in the fridge thinking the butter was too soft, that didn't work. They I chose to use a standard cookie sheet since airbakes are known to make a flatter cookie, that didn't work. In the end I concluded it was due to the large amount of butter in comparrison to the flour. :( This same thing happens when I try to make a chocolate cookies with reeses peanut butter chips, it too has a large quantity of butter. I ended up having my husband take these to work and not tell anyone who brought them. :( I didn't want to waste them but, also didn't want to claim them. I plan on modifying my traditional chocolate chip cookie by adding cocoa and shortneing and butter with these chips to see if it makes a better cookie. I'm sorry for the horrible review, I know you didn't create the recipe Kerena. :(

  3. Chocolate Lovers rejoice. This is a terrific cookie. I couldn't get the chips called for in the recipe, so used regular chocolate mint chips. I would have loved to have a touch of mint green in the cookie. If you under bake them slightly, they are like chewy brownies. Very yummy. Thanks for posting Kerena.
