Came across this recipe while searching for something else and the name caught my eye. I prepared this exactly as directed by the recipe, using a liberal dash of Frank's Hot Sauce. I really love this sauce and now have a bottle in my fridge, ready for just about anything. This could be a very versatile sauce, reduce the water and use it for meatloaf topping, burgers, steaks and of course chicken! If I were to do anything differently, I would leave out the minced onion only because I am not fond of the texture, but the flavor is wonderful. I probably would prefer to use real onion. Anyway, just as it is, it is very very tasty and a keeper! Thanks FaithfulFriend :)
