Mike's Italian Meatballs

"Just a simple italian meatball recipe."

• Yields: 24 meatballs
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 egg

directions

1. Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. Using a tablespoon, spoon out a meatball, shape and place in greased baking pan. Once all meatballs are placed, cook in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until done. Then I drop into a pot of homemade spaghetti sauce and serve over farfalle pasta.

If You like a simple, easy to make meatball, these are really Yummy! I dont like complicated recipes.
