Middle Eastern Orange Paste

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons tahini
• 1 tablespoon curry paste
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon orange juice (I use concentrate)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 garlic cloves, minced

directions

1. Comebine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Store in fridge.
