Microwave Rocky Road Bark

ingredients
- 8 squares chocolate or 8 white chocolate bark
- 2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup peanut butter chips
directions
- Use ONLY a glass container.
- Spray wooden spoon with PAM.
- Measure out all ingredients so you can move quickly.
- Line Large Cookie Sheet with Foil.
- Microwave Bark for 3 minutes. Remove and Stir Well.
- QUICKLY add chips, mix and cook 1 additional minute. Remove.
- QUICKLY stir until melted. Don't let cool.
- QUICKLY add nuts and stir well.
- QUICKLY add marshmellows, mix well with wooden spoon that has been sprayed with PAM.
- Pour out candy on cookie sheet spreading QUICKLY to all edges of pan. Flatten out as much as possible and let it cool.
- Break up into pieces.
- TIP: You can vary all chocolate and chips. Can be frozen.
