ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water (or milk)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
directions
- Place all ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix well by hand.
- Form into 2 inch balls, and fry at medium heat in frying pan until brown, turning when one side is browned.
