"This is a recipie from The Silver Palate Cookbook that is fantastic on cold asparagus. Try it as a dip with your favorite raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.The anchovy paste & capers are great together! 15 min. prep time includes cleaning food processor!"

• Yields: 1 1/8 cup
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon capers, drained
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 large pinch oregano

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
2. Stir in additional capers to taste.
