• 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
• 2 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 2 ounces powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start mixing at low speed and increase to high until stiff peaks.
