• Yields: 6 muffins

ingredients

• 1 cup self rising flour
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup milk

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Spoon into greased muffin pan.
3. Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until brown.
