  • In a medium sized pan, combine all the sugars, corn syrup and cream until sugar dissolves.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until candy thermometer reads 250 degrees F.
  • Remove pan from heat and stir in the salt, butter and nuts.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered pan and let cool.
  • Cut into squares.
