  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 center-cut pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 13 cup water

directions

  • preheat oven to 350deg.
  • Combine maple syrup, olive oil 7 mustard in small bowl.
  • Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops.
  • Spray medium ovenproof skillet w/cooking spray.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chops, brown on both sides.
  • Add water.
  • Cover & bake 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
