  1. This truly has to be one of the best hot cocoa's I have made in a very long time. I used Double Dutch Dark Cocoa (1 Tbsp for a single servings) and Splenda for the sugar with skim milk . The pinch of salt and bit of butter add so much and the maple vanilla combo with the chocolate is wonderful. A perfect fall and winter treat for the whole family.

  2. Carly loved this (as did I) and claimed it as "her hot chocolate". Will make again but with half the recommended sugar. Made for Bev Tag.

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight. I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
