  1. Very good!!! I added 1 can of rinsed black beans. Served with grilled chicken and finished the next day with chips as a dip. This is a keeper.

  2. This was very good! I loved the sweet heat combo! I served this on top of Shrimp With Garlic Sauce #190830 and whole wheat pasta! Thanks!

  3. This was so very good! It was recommended to me when I needed a relish for some salmon I was grilling. I left out the cayenne (cooking for small children who don't like spicey) and used less cilantro since my plant did not have enough. It was great with the salmon!

  4. This was pretty good. I made it with white onions because I didn't have red, and I added some cut-up grape tomatoes. I served it over grilled chicken breast, and the next day I ate the leftovers of the salsa with tortilla chips. I would definately make it again.

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
