  • 2 (40 g) packets Maltesers or (40 g) malted milk balls
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 cup light cream (18% fat)
  • 200 g low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest, julienned

  • Place the Maltesers in a plastic bag and roughly crush using a rolling pin.
  • Whisk the egg white until stiff then, using the same beaters or whisk, whisk in the cream until firm.
  • Fold in the egg white and yogurt into the cream.
  • Stir through the crushed Malteasers and spoon into 4 dishes.
  • Sprinkle with the orange zest and chill until ready to serve.

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
