- Mix together all the ingredients. Dry ingredients first and then wet.
- You should have a nice thick mixture. Make sure all the flour and baking powder is mixed in otherwise you will have sour clumps in the brownies and that's not fun.
- Pat into a slightly greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Even if you don't need to be on an egg free or dairy free diet these are super yummy and so easy to whip up! You might want to make a double batch in a 9x13 pan because they won't last long!
