"Another good cookie for your Christmas, always a treat on a cookie tray!!"

• Yields: 60 cookies
• Serves: 30

ingredients

• 6 1⁄2 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup butter, room temperature
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
2. These freeze well.
