Luscious Pina Colada

"I got this recipe out of a southern living magazine, this is not your usual pina colada, I loved the banana flavor."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄4 cup light rum
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 15 ice cubes
• shredded coconut, to garnish-optional

directions

1. Combine first nine ingredients in blender, blend until ice is finely crushed.
2. Top with coconut.
