    sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 17.3 ounce package)

    (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla jello instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1
    cup cold milk
  • 12
    cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1
    square bakers semisweet chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface, and roll into a 10 inch square.
  • Cut into 9 circles with a 3 inch cookie cutter.
  • Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Remove to wire racks, and cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in whipped topping, and refriderate for 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  • Split pastry rounds, and fill with pudding mixture.
  • Drizzle with chocolate.
