Luscious Cream Puffs

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 17.3 ounce package)
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla jello instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1⁄2 cup whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 square bakers semisweet chocolate
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface, and roll into a 10 inch square.
- Cut into 9 circles with a 3 inch cookie cutter.
- Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove to wire racks, and cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
- Stir in whipped topping, and refriderate for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package.
- Split pastry rounds, and fill with pudding mixture.
- Drizzle with chocolate.

I started to learn to cook, after I got married, when my wife started working nights, and I couldn't get around because I had my entire left leg rebuilt. I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
