Low Fat "ice Cream" Sandwiches

"I found this when I did Weight Watchers a few years ago. They are very good and I think were only worth 1 or 2 points."

  • Break 25 chocolate graham crackers in half.
  • Place 2 Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip on half of the halves.
  • Top each with the other half of the graham crackers.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Place each sandwich in individual sandwich bags or wrap with wax paper.
  • Store in the freezer.
