  • Combine orange juice, rice vinegar, and shallots.
  • Add a good pinch of coarse salt.
  • Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Whisk in sesame oil, ginger, and mustard.
  • Add broccoli slaw and toss to combine.
