- 2 pasteurized liquid egg-whites
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 1⁄2 ounces sugar-free applesauce
- 4 bananas (ripe and mashed)
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup whey protein powder (multipurpose unflavored sugar-free)
- 1⁄3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
directions
- Blend all liquid ingredients in electric mixer.
- Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degree for 45-60 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean).
