- 1⁄4 cup eggbeaters egg substitute
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄3 cup cold water
- Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash nutmeg
directions
- Mix everything except for nutmeg together. If the water wasn't cold, chill until cold. You can also substitute a couple of icecubes for some of the cold water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Spike with rum if you want. Cheers!
