DIRECTIONS

  • Mix rice through celery in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended.
  • Add to large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • This will taste good now, but after a day or so in the fridge it will be fantastic!
