Reviews

  1. Tasty- does not say what kind of lentils, so used red, as that's what I had. Also used 1/4 cup applesauce for 1/4 cup of the oil. Substituted pecans for the walnuts, as we have that kind of tree in our yard and so plenty of those. Sprinkled 1/3 cup mini chocolate morsels and spread over the top while still warm. The edges were crisp and the inner squares not quite done enough - will cook longer next time, but will make again.
