  • 1
    handful Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2
    handfuls pecorino cheese
  • 1
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder (about 1 tsp.)

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350. Put foil on a cookie sheet and bake meatballs about 15 minutes. Turn balls over, scooping rendered fat to the side, and bake 15 minutes more.
  • Add to sauce to heat through.
