- 1 lb lemon pepper fettuccine pasta
- 1⁄2 lb peeled uncooked shrimp
- 1⁄4 lb snow peas
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin slices
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
directions
- Boil pasta.
- While pasta is cooking, saute shrimp for 2-3 minutes in olive oil in skillet.
- Add snow peas and red pepper, and saute for another 3-4 minutes.
- Toss with pasta and serve.
