- 1 apple, cubed
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
