"From a 1975 Campbell's Cookbook. This is actually like a soup. It's a little salty so you could use reduced-sodium broth if you like but I love salty soups!"

  1. This soup is a really good and hearty dish. It is a basic soup that you could jazz up as you like, I sometimes add more vegetables and herbs to jazz it up some. I am with the poster, I like things a bit on the salty side, so I follow the liquids as they are written.

I love food! I collect cookbooks and recipes and read them the way most people read novels. I have no children but I have two cats who also love to eat. I am also a movie buff and one of my biggest pet peeves is when people talk during a movie!
