Lagasse Scrambled Eggs

"I never could get omelets right. One day I got frustrated and just scrammbled my omelet. After a couple dozen tries and many different ingredients later this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy."

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Melt down a little bit of butter in a pan at half heat.
  • Add egg mixture to pan and mix constantly as not to burn.
  • Serve. I like to top off with some salsa and Tabasco sauce.
