Lagasse Scrambled Eggs

"I never could get omelets right. One day I got frustrated and just scrammbled my omelet. After a couple dozen tries and many different ingredients later this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy."

• Serves: 1-2

ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 1⁄8 cup milk
• 1⁄4 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1⁄4 cup grated cheese

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Melt down a little bit of butter in a pan at half heat.
3. Add egg mixture to pan and mix constantly as not to burn.
4. Serve. I like to top off with some salsa and Tabasco sauce.
