Kossman Meatloaf

"from grandma mahin very old recipe from darlene kossman its for 50 cent of meat lol on recipe and 2 rounding cups crackers she said mix and bake this is very simple but very tasty meatloaf i made it for 4 not 10 and it came out fine they had larger families back then and also made hot meatloaf sandwiches"

ingredients

• 3 lbs hamburger
• 1 lb ground pork
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups cracker crumbs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. these were the instructions lol " for 50 cent meat take 2/3 beef and 1/3 pork ground.
2. beat the eggs
3. chop onion fine.
4. use 2 rounding cups cracker crumbs ( i added milk to cracker crumbs you dont need salt cause soda crackers had enough ).
5. salt and pepper to taste ".
6. mix all together put in oven and bake
7. (bake for 45 minutes at 375 it may take longer for bigger loaf .).
