Oh.My.Gawd. These are amazing. Amazing! I made these for Christmas breakfast and realized at the last minute that I had used almost all of my butter for the rest of my Christmas baking, so I used 2 oz butter and 8 oz margarine. These puffed up so big and beautiful overnight! I had to poke them back inside the pan before baking. I sprinkled pecans over half of the pan before placing the rolls on the caramel. I am glad I kept a close eye on them because they were completely done in 30 minutes. These are so easy to make that I will definitely be making them again!

These were very good!!! We ate these as a dessert but I also had one for breakfast the following day. They are good anytime! I let them cool a few minutes after they came out of the oven and then inverted them on a platter. The caramel oozed down and between the rolls. Will be making these again!PAC Fall '06
