ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 ounces hot marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 4 ounces diced green chilies
- 8 ounces brick cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tubes refridgerated crescent rolls
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a small food processor chop garlic cloves and artichoke hearts.
- Add in chiles, cream cheese, mozzarella, italian seasoning, salt, and peppers. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut triangles in half to make 32 smaller triangles.
- Put approximately 1 tbsp of filling in each triangle and roll up.
- Place on greased baking sheet and sprinkle paremsan cheese on top.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
