"Small cup of coffee, with chocolate and cinnamon hints, to have with dessert. I used Folger's Instant Coffee and Nesquick Chocolate Milk Mix."

- 3⁄4 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon powdered chocolate milk mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons milk
directions
- Put the water in a microwave safe mug and heat it on high for 1 minute or until very hot, almost boiling.
- Add the instant coffee, cinnamon, chocolate milk mix, and sugar. Stir.
- Add the milk and stir.
- Reheat if needed.

Quite tasty. I used dark cocoa for the chocolate milk mix and Splenda for the sugar. I do believe that I'll make this again but next time I'll use fresh brewed coffee instead of instant. Made for PAC, Spring 2014.
