  • Put the cabbage in a large pot, then gently pour the broth. Add a little salt, pepper, bay leaf and allspice. Cook until tender for about 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • In the meantime, add chopped tomatoes. Finally, fry the onion and bacon in oil and add to the cabbage. Cook for a moment longer until the flavors merge. Serve with bread and plenty of chopped dill.
