DIRECTIONS

  • Place the pork butt, fat side up in a roasting pan or deep cassarole dish.
  • Combine the water and liquid smoke.
  • Pour this mixture over the pork.
  • Sprinkle with the salt.
  • Cover and roast in the oven at 400 degrees F. for 3 hours.
  • Remove, shred and serve.
