ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temp)
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar (I use light)
- 1⁄4 cup Kahlua
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
directions
- Cream together the first 3 ingredients with a hand blender real quick and fold in the cool whip and enjoy -- (you can enjoy it right away or put it in the fridge for a few minutes and enjoy it nice and cold.) Hope you all enjoy.

Oh wow! How has no one noticed this one yet?! This is heavenly on fresh strawberries! I'm betting that this would make a great component of a trifle, too (brownie trifle with Kahlua dip AND sliced strawberries, perhaps?). I'd be interested to try this recipe with other liqueurs, too, like Baileys, Amarula or Dooley's Toffee Liqueur. I'll definitely be using this recipe again. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 09
