J's Strawberry Whip

My son came up with this "recipe" one day experimenting in the kitchen. It is actually pretty good for a 9 year old! Any flavor Jello can be substituted in place of strawberry. Cooking time is chill time.

Yummy fluff! I made mine with mango jello (no strawberry in the house). It was a teensy bit grainy because I accidentally bought the smaller size Cool Whip, but not too bad. I think this would be great in a trifle with angel food cake and fresh fruit chunks. Good job, J.! Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Fall 2012Reply
