  • Boil potatoes in water and 2 teaspoons salt until fork tender.
  • Mix mayo, Dijon, vinegar, celery salt, and pepper in large bowl.
  • Stir in gherkin, pickle, onion, and radish.
  • Fold in eggs and drained warm potatoes to bowl.
  • Serve warm or chill for a few hours and serve cold. I like it warm.
