ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 -4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
directions
- set aside 1/2 cup cheese.
- mix everything else together.
- place most of the mixture in tortillas.
- Put the rest of it on top of the enchilladas.
- put remaining cheese on top.
- bake at 375 for 30 min or until bubbly.
