Jama-Mexi Marinade

"Just a little something I put together to spice up a boring piece of meat."

• Yields: 1 Marinade

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 green onion
• 1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced (jarred)
• 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper

directions

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
2. Place meat in plastic Ziploc bag.
3. Pour marinade over meat.
4. Seal bag and turn to ensure marinade coats meat.
