Jalapeno Pepper Pie

"People love this little appetizer and always ask for the recipe, which is totally easy! FYI, I use the chilies that are pre-sliced in a jar, and just chop them up. Use less chilies if you don't want these too spicy."

  • Pre-heat the oven to 325°F
  • Chop the chilies, and sprinkle them on the bottom of a 10" pie pan or quiche dish. Top with the cheese and pour over the beaten eggs.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for about 15 minutes and then cut into 1" squares to serve.
