    loaf Italian bread, sliced (8 slices)

    cup crushed garlic, may substitute Garlic Powder

    slices fresh mozzarella cheese (thick slices)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook Bacon, cool and crumble.
  • Set bacon aside.
  • Place Bread slices on cookie sheet.
  • Layer with Garlic and Crumbled Bacon.
  • Top with thick slice of Mozzarella.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
