Italian Salad Dressing

"An Olive Oil and Vinegar based salad dressing perked up with some spices from the cupboard Parmesan Cheese, Mustard, Yogurt and water. This homemade salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. "

• Yields: 1/2 cup of salad dressing

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
• 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
• 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

directions

1. Blend, shake or whisk all ingredients together until well combined.  Use dressing immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for future use.
