Italian Parmesan Baked Chicken

- 7 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
directions
- Skin chicken if desired.
- Combine dry ingredients in one pie plate and milk and beaten egg in another.
- Wet drumsticks completely in milk and egg.
- Coat them thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, turning so that the crumbs cover the leg.
- Place legs in a lightly greased 9x13, making sure that the legs do not touch.
- Place in an oven preheated to 375* and bake 45-55 min or until juices run clear and chicken reaches an internal temp of 180*.

I am a mom to a 3 year old boy and a 6 mo. old girl. I am lucky enough (I think)to be able to stay at home with them all day! I love to cook and it makes my whole day when my husband loves a new dish. His phrase of praise is "If you can cook like this, I should never have to eat hot dogs and mac and cheese again".:) We used to have the same things over and over again for dinner but since I discovered Zaar, we hardly ever eat the same thing twice unless it was a real winner.
My husband is 100% Italian and I love to find authentic dishes that remind him of his moms cooking.
