- 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1⁄2 ounce Amaretto
- 1⁄2 cup ice cream

Didn't have Amaretto but I dug in the back of the cabinet & found butterscotch schnaaps. Yum! This is definitely a drink that can hit you when you stand up. I will be making this again - like this weekend! Delicious. Made for PAC Spring 2008 -
This is a very good drink. I made 2 of them. The first one I made with chocolate ice cream.. The combination of liqueurs was good. The 2nd I made with vanilla ice cream. It was good too. The flavors of the liqueurs came through more. I will be making this drink again. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for PAC Spring'08. -
