• 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mint
• 1⁄4 teaspoon tarragon

directions

1. whisk until well blended.
2. refidgerate until serving.
