  • In very large bowl:.
  • Beat 16 eggs until uniform in texture & color.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to eggs and beat until well blended & uniform.
  • Add chocolate syrup to eggs and milk.
  • In separate bowl:.
  • Add 2 cups canadian mist and 9 tsp instant coffee together and blend until coffee is fully disolved. Add to egg & milk mixture.
  • Add in remaining 10 cups of rye.
  • Add 16 cups of cream and beat until smooth and uniform.
  • Pour into individual 1/2 gallon or 1 gallon sized bottles and keep refrigerated. Will keep for 3-4 weeks.
