Irish Cream Eggnog
- Ready In:
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup irish cream
- nutmeg (to garnish)
- In large bowl, beat eggs at high speed until lemon colored. Add sugar and beat until thickens.
- At low speed, blend in milk and whipping cream. Stir in Irish Cream.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
